Introduction
Human Resource Management is one of the most important factors that is associated with an organisation. As the title suggests, human resource management revolves around the management of employees, members, customers, vendors, prospects, stakeholders and other human assets of an organisation. Therefore, it is important for an ERP & CRM software to offer features that can be helpful in managing all of the human resource related aspect at one place. Tactic’s HRM module assists in executing the same effectively. The HRM module of tactic ensures managing all leaves and expense reports, while keeping records. The HRM module is one of the most important module of Tactic that helps the employees in managing their leaves and other human resource related elements. Two of the HRM features that Tactic provides to the users are, Expense Report and Leave management.
Installation
There is no need of installing this module, as it is already included within Tactic services.
Setup
For using this module the users need to enable it by using an administrator account. The menu options for activating this module are: Home –> Setup – > Module. The users then need to click on Activate. The modules will be activated after completing this step. The settings icon will be visible at the end of the module box, the users can click in that to access setup.
Functionalities of HRM
- Providing an informative interface to the employees regarding hierarchical structure
- Defining an hourly rate for each of the employees
- Setting and updating employee email and along with corporate email signature
- Creating specific groups
- Personalizing display accordingly
- Defining job positions
- Management of leave requests and expense reports
