Introduction
Donation is an integrated part of an established organisation. All types of organisations, such as a large, medium and a small, look forward to donate for enhancing their social image. Hence, it is important for the organisations to keep a record of their donations. Tactic helps the users in keeping a record of the donations with the help of donation module. The “Billing” menu of Tactic provides the opportunity of creating Donation related records effectively within a few easy steps.
Installation
There is no need of installing this module, as it is already included within Tactic services.
Setup
For using this module the users need to enable it by using an administrator account. The menu options for activating this module are: Home –> Setup – > Module. The users then need to click on Activate. The modules will be activated after completing this step. The settings icon will be visible at the end of the module box, the users can click in that to access further setup for this module to access the functionalities in a better way.
Creation of a Donation
Billing menu need to be selected for proceeding with the process of creating donation card. New donation option need to be selected. All the required criteria need to be filled for keeping all the important information related to the donation.
Adding projects
If any of your donation is a part of one of your projects, then you can add the project to the donation card. For adding the project to a donation, you need to follow few steps, which are mentioned below,

Modifying a donation
The loan can be modified by going to the donation record. The option called modify need to be clicked for modifying the record. After modifying the donation record, the users need to press save. Tactic will update the donation record.
Cancelling a donation
For cancelling a donation, you need to go to billing/payment menu (from main menu) -> donations -> list -> choose the donation -> click on cancel -> the donation will be cancelled with the completion of this step.
Deleting a donation
Clicking on the Delete option after going to the donation card is enough to delete the donation card.
