Notification Module

Introduction

Being notified about the important events such as business meets, shipment dates, last date of subscription and more enhances business in a positive manner. As the ERP & CRM software provides emailing and creation of agenda services, it is important to make an addition of notification as well. The users need to be notified via emails or SMS about their important events. This service is effectively provided by Tactic as well. Notification module helps in notifying the employees, the users and the members about any important events that is associated with the organisation. Tactic sends notification via emails and SMS, however, the numbers and the email ids need to be registered beforehand.

Installation

There is no need of installing this module, as it is already included within Tactic services.

Setup

For using this module the users need to enable it by using an administrator account. The menu options for activating this module are: Home –> Setup – > Module. The users then need to click on Activate. The modules will be activated after completing this step. The settings icon will be visible at the end of the module box, the users can click in that to access further setup for this module for accessing the functionalities in a better way. The users can easily add their emails and modify the notification as they like.

Notifications can be allowed in both of the cases of expense report validation and holiday validation or approval. An email notification will be sent to the applicant as soon as the mentioned objects are validated by any superior.
