Introduction
Document management system (DMS) and Electronic content management (ECM) module helps the users to manage their important documents and electronic content within Tactic. Tactic’s cloud storage allows the users to upload limitless documents while managing those effortlessly.
Installation
There is no need of installing this module, as it is already included within Tactic services.
Setup
For using this module the users need to enable it by using an administrator account. The menu options for activating this module are: Home –> Setup – > Module. The users then need to click on Activate. The modules will be activated after completing this step. The settings icon will be visible at the end of the module box, the users can click in that to access setup.
Managing DMS and ECM
In the DMS and ECM module, there are two options available. One is Manual tree and the other is Automatic tree. Automatic tree stores some of the common folders, such as customer invoices, contracts, expense reports and more. The manual tree is customisable by the users. The users can create their own directory and add files to those.
