Introduction

Loans are closely integrated with the business processes of the small as well as big companies. The management of the loans required to be performed by keeping detailed information about the loans, such as the information of the lender, issued date, loaned amount, amount that has been paid and he amount that need to be paid. Any mistake in any of the details can cause huge issues and manual invasion is inevitable towards inviting issues. In this scenario taking considering the assistance of Tactic’s loan module can help in reducing both of manual effort and manual error. The users can easily manage their organisational loans without facing any issues.

Installation

There is no need of installing this module, as it is already included within Tactic services.

Setup

For using this module the users need to enable it by using an administrator account. The menu options for activating this module are: Home –> Setup – > Module. The users then need to click on Activate. The modules will be activated after completing this step. The settings icon will be visible at the end of the module box, the users can click in that to access setup.

Creation of a new loan

The creation of a new loan can be performed from the billing menu. The users need to choose the Billing menu from the main menu bar and then scroll down and choose the Loan option from the sub-menu bar. An option of New Loan will be visible in the section. The users need to choose the option, fill all the important criteria and then press Add.

Life cycle of a loan

A loan needs to be managed by changing its statuses. After creation of a loan it is delivered as a Draft, which needs to be changed to validated, by validating the loan. Then the users can change the status to Paid when the loan is paid.
