1. Resource Management--
With self-service functionality, employees can manage their leave, request time off and fill out their timesheets and expense reports. Managers can approve time-off and expense reimbursement requests.
- Create your employee/user accounts.
- Define the hierarchy of your employees/users.
- Define an hourly rate for each of your employees.
- Set permissions for your users or groups.
- Personalize the display for each user.
- Leave requests, expenses reports, and timesheets.
- Define Job positions.
- Publish your open job positions.
2. Shipping Management--
- Create your shipments in one click from any order. Compare the quantity shipped with the quantity to ship.
- Generate the PDF of the shipment sheet and print it for your transporter or send it by email directly from the application to any partner.
- If necessary, you can also manage/generate a delivery receipt.
- Record of your stock movement is directly linked to the shipment.
- Define the planned date of delivery for each of your shipments so you can process them by priority or follow late shipments.
- Your stock is updated automatically when you make a new shipment.
- When creating a new picking sheet, the weight or volume of your items can both calculated automatically from predefined product data or manually defined.
3. Source Tracking--
- A free, dedicated instance, only for you, with full admin access
- Integration with IDE tools like an eclipse was difficult. You may find plugins more easily with git-hub.
- The instance and data are yours and are dedicated for your use.
- Using the setup of the Agenda module, you can decide to automatically record events related to any business activity that occurs in the application.
- If the module Resources is activated, you can also assign resources to your event.
- Admin can use different rendering views to review your events (view by day, by week, by month, by the user, or the simple list).
- Anyone can assist you or engage in custom development if you need it.
4. Sourcing Management--
- An embedded Agenda, like any common calendar, enhanced with features dedicated to your ERP and CRM system.
- Create in just two clicks, a dedicated, clean, and secure instance, and start to use it as if it was meant for production usage.
- View and search events using filters to view only the events you are interested in (by the user, customer, project, status, or type).
- You can take the route of custom development to achieve your business goals.
- Integration between the features/modules is ready and "in-the-box".

5. Prospecting Tools--
These are the recommended tools but any tool compliant with PHP, MySQL, and Web standards can be used.
- An AMP server.
- Web-browser (Chrome / Firefox) + plugins.
- Squirrel-SQL or D-Beaver
- Install plugin Eclipse for PHP: PDT.
- Setup Eclipse to get sources.
- Install Pre-commit git hook.
