Creation of email collector

Email collector can be created very easily by the users. For creating an email collector the users need to choose the source directory at first. For collecting received emails the users need to enter inbox and for collecting sent emails the users need enter sent.

Target directory is the place to move the collected emails. However, the users need to create an output target IMAP directory with manual effort before proceeding with running the email collector. The process of creating an email collector is discussed below:

  • The users need to sign into their email account
  • From the email window, “settings” need to be chosen
  • “Labels” need to be clicked
  • “Labels” need to be created by checking in the box “show in IMAP”
