Reception
Introduction
Reception stands for the activity of receiving products or the materials from the vendors. Tactic’s reception module allows the users to record their reception with appropriate details. With the help of this module the users can easily find the details of a specific reception. The generation of a specific reception number make it even more convenient for the users and reduce the errors and difficulties that exist in the manual procedure.
Installation
There is no need of installing this module, as it is already included within Tactic services.
Setup
For using this module the users need to enable it by using an administrator account. The menu options for activating this module are: Home –> Setup –> Module. The users then need to click on Activate. The modules will be activated after completing this step. The settings icon will be visible at the end of the module box, the users can click in that to access setup.
Creation of a reception
Creation of a reception differs from creation of other elements. The creation of receptions are done automatically once the purchase orders are set for reception. The users cannot create reception separately. For creating reception, the users first need to create purchase orders and then set the reception status of that order. The reception module will automatically update. For managing the reception list the users only need to go to the list view of the reception and keep a track of those.
