Incoterms Module

Introduction

In the scenario of an international trade, companies use incoterms as a shorthand help of understanding each other’s business terms. There are a verities of incoterms that can be used in business, such as EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU, DDP and more.

Installation

There is no need of installing this module, as it is already included within Tactic services.

Setup

For using this module the users need to enable it by using an administrator account. The menu options for activating this module are: Home –> Setup –> Module. The users then need to click on Activate. The modules will be activated after completing this step. The settings icon File:Cog.png will be visible at the end of the module box, the users can click in that to access setup.

Creation of incoterms

Incoterm is associated with each order and can be changed with each vendor and each order. There is no need of creating incoterms separately. The users only need to type of the incoterms and save the order to proceed further.
