Bookmarks & Shortcuts Module

Introduction

Bookmark is a term that almost everyone is familiar with these days. This service is often introduced in browsers, which let the users mark the certain websites while keeping them in a specific location to be found conveniently. Tactic also provides this effective service within the software by letting the users add any website in Tactic and use those directly from the software. Bookmark module helps the users to manage their bookmarks at a single space efficiently.

Installation

There is no need of installing this module, as it is already included within Tactic services.

Setup

For using this module the users need to enable it by using an administrator account. The menu options for activating this module are: Home –> Setup – > Module. The users then need to click on Activate. The modules will be activated after completing this step. The settings icon will be visible at the end of the module box, the users can click in that to access setup.

Creation of a bookmark

A bookmark can be created from the website module. The option of Bookmark needs to be selected for creating the bookmark, which needs to be followed by adding the website URL to complete the process.
