Donation Module
Introduction
The “Billing” menu of Tactic provides the opportunity of creating Donation related records effectively within a few easy steps.
Installation
There is no need of installing this module, as it is already included within Tactic services.
Setup
For using this module the users need to enable it by using an administrator account. The menu options for activating this module are: Home – Setup – Module. The users then need to click on Activate. The modules will be activated after completing this step.
Creation of a Donation
Billing menu need to be selected for proceeding with the process of creating donation card. New donation option need to be selected. All the required criteria need to be filled for keeping all the important information related to the donation.
Modifying a donation
The loan can be modified by going to the donation record. The option called modify need to be clicked for modifying the record. After modifying the donation record, the users need to press “save”. Tactic will update the donation record.
Deleting a donation
Clicking on the Delete option after going to the donation card is enough to delete the donation card.
