Resources Module

Introduction

The primary purpose of resources module is to create a manage resources that are associated with the organisation, such as rooms, cars, computers, printers and etc.

Installation

There is no need of installing this module, as it is already included within Tactic services.

Setup

For using this module the users need to enable it by using an administrator account. The menu options for activating this module are: Home –> Setup – > Module. The users then need to click on Activate. The modules will be activated after completing this step.

Functionalities of Resources Module

• Management of list of resources
• Adding notes to resources
• Linking documents to resources
• Linking events to resources

Creation of Resources

The creation of resources can be performed though the Tools menu. The option of New Resources need to be selected for creating a new company resource. All the important criteria need to be filled with the resource information.
