Services Module
Introduction
This module is designed to help the users with management of service catalogue. The service module also allows the users in documenting important information related to a service for decreasing user related issues.
Installation
There is no need of installing this module, as it is already included within Tactic services.
Setup
For using this module the users need to enable it by using an administrator account. The menu options for activating this module are: Home –> Setup – > Module. The users then need to click on Activate. The modules will be activated after completing this step.
Creation of a service
From the product module the option of New Service need to be selected. All the important information about a service need to be incorporated by filling all the criteria.
Modifying a service
Service information can be modified by going to the list view of existing services. Modify option need to be selected in order to modify the information.
Deleting a service
The Delete option need to be chosen for deleting a service.
