As the ERP & CRM software provides emailing and creation of agenda services, it is important to make an addition of notification as well. The users need to be notified via emails or SMS about their important events. This service is effectively provided by Tactic as well. Notification module helps in notifying the employees, the users and the members about any important events that is associated with the organisation. Tactic sends notification via emails and SMS, however, the numbers and the email ids need to be registered beforehand.
