Clients are the substance of a business, therefore, it is important to manage the clients with efficiency in order to eliminate unnecessary mistakes. Hence, Tactic ERP and CRM solution provides an upgraded client management system. Client Management

Client management features provided by tactic are:

Client Portal

This module adds a public interface on which the users can grant access to the customers. The primary features of this module are:

  • Allowing consultation of validated quotes by PDF download feature

Approval Process Control

The Approval process of Tactic is performed by e-mail as well as SMS confirmation. The approval process control features of Tactic are: 
  • Stock dispatching wizards can be used to track stock and to be notified in time of receiving products in warehouses.
  • Approval process can be performed with a few clicks to confirm the customers
  • With an online free payment gateway to give the customers a good approval process experience is implemented in Tactic as well

Tax Management

Tactic ERP & CRM Software calculate two types of taxes, one is Central Tax called CGST and another one is state tax called SGST. The GST has applied automatically on each line (when added or edited). Value of rate for second tax PST is automatically extracted by the system from the dictionary table of VAT rates, for the GST vat rate line used and your country.
  • Tactic has an auto calculated tax system
  • Tactic can calculate round amount up to 4 digits
  • In some nations, calculations must always be done using method 1 for generating invoices. As this is the default calculation rule for Tactic, there is nothing to change from the default configuration.
  • In most of nations both of the calculation procedures are applicable, hence, Tactic can be beneficial in any place all around the world
  • Tactic can automatically two-three taxes on each invoice line

Completion Tracking
